The icon depicts the Mother of God with Christ, accompanied by Saint Nicholas, Saint Andrew, Saint George, Saint Nino and the Holy Archangels Michael and Gabriel, all of them Saints traditionally associated with the protection of families and children. Printed on a finished wood panel with gold paint detailing for the halos. Text in Georgian.
